Company Blogs Build Brand Loyalty

Entrepreneur Jack Dell’Accio started his company blog just a little over 2 months ago and he’s loving it.

Essentia, Jack’s company, is a new manufacturer of health oriented mattresses out of Montreal Canada. His mattress blog is a great example of how opening your operations to the public builds trust and brand loyalty. “People like to be in the know,” said Jack “I like being able to keep in touch with people like me; people who put their health first.”

Company blogs that are open and honest tend to do very well both in terms of popularity and generating business. Creating that connection with customers was not available ten years ago. Companies now understand and value this possibility.

Be Cautious. Blogs require effort to maintain. You must be dedicated to write a blog every couple days. If not it becomes a cemetery of broken ideas.
