Ask.com to Launch Contextual Advertising

Just as the webmaster community is heating up over Google’s latest PR (as in image; not pagerank) snafu, Ask.com announces that on May 21st, they’ll be launching their own contextual ad network, as an extension of their current advertiser base with their Ask Sponsored Listings. I posted more about this on my new blog over at ChickTech.net, so check it out if you want - Will Ask.com Become a Thorn in Google’s Side?

  1. Google has nothing to worry about, especially with the recent doubleclick acquisition. However, there strong evidence to support the fact that online advertising is really heating up!
